Allows developer to register their application function into the system tables. Once registered, an application can be added as a menu option in a drop-down menu or within the navigator. If function is specified as 'Entity Required', an entity must be logged into before running this application. If not, the login screen is automatically displayed.

If 'Allow Multiple Instance' is checked, multiple instance of window may be run.

Developer can also create different function types and specify their tool-bars and drop-down menus.
